Trama

Accompagnare una banda di pellegrini medievali allegri mentre si fanno le loro motociclette, naturalmente-a Canterbury. Incontrandosi al Tabard Inn, i viaggiatori, tra cui un cavaliere indossato dalla battaglia, una priora dolcemente pretenziosa, la moglie squallida di Bath e uno studioso-clerk emaciato, escogitano un piano per passare il tempo nel viaggio verso il santuario di Thomas à Becket raccontando storie.
